Enjoying our Anniversary Present...

For our 12th Anniversary, Mitch's parents gave us a 12 pound PRIME Rib.  Now I know that Mitch is really happy to have spent the last 12 years married to me, but he was even happier to cook and eat this beautiful piece of meat!  =]
