1st there was Gymnastics...

Trick or Treating 2009

Well, around here it is called "Beggar's Night" and is not actually on Halloween, but it is the same thing.  The kids had a wonderful time!

Piano Lessons

Gavin and Georgia take Piano Lessons.  They are in different classes this year.  They both love it!

 

 

Pumpkin Carving

Pumpkin carving was so fun this year!!  Gavin and Georgia were able (and excited) to dig the goop out and poke the holes for the design of their pumpkin!  Fun was had by all!!   

 

 

Georgia's 5th Birthday!!!

Where has 5 years gone?  It seems like yesterday that this precious gift entered our life!  Happy 5th Birthday Georgia Rae!!  

Today Georgia woke up to start her birthday celebration!  She was just beaming with excitement!  She couldn't wait to open her presents!  

 

Gavin woke up and the first thing he did was sing her Happy Birthday!  He sure is a great big brother!!

 

 

Cake Time!!

 

Grammy & Grampy surprised Georgia with a quick visit to celebrate her Birthday!!  They got here just in time for dinner.

JDRF Gala - 10.24.09

Had a fabulous time at the 11th Annual JDRF Gala. Our dear friends the Wittmer's (Jason, Katie, Nicholas, 6 and Andrew, 4) delivered the heartfelt story of their son Andrew's type 1 diabetes and their son Nicolas's strength in dealing with and supporting his brother. Please consider JDRF for a piece of your annual giving. With all of our support, they WILL find a cure for type 1 diabetes and help kids and parents around the world sleep easier.

Gavin's new do....

We have always let his hair grow.  Cut it when it starts to be to crazy.  We always ask him, if he wants a buzz cut or something.  When it was time for a hair cut he said he wanted a MoHawk!  We were excited to see what he would look like with short.  We didn't let him get a true MoHawk, but this is what he meant.  =]  He looks like a different kid....

Soccer Sunday - 10.11.09

What a difference a week makes.  Last week we were fine with just long-sleeves and long-pants...this week, the winter coat was needed...CRAZY!!

 

 

 

Georgia goes to a Cheerleading Clinic - 10.10.09

Our Parks & Rec's department offered a one day (one hour) cheer clinic for 4 & 5 year olds.  Georgia loved every minute of it!!  She is now asking when she can do it again.  =]

 

 

 

Papi's NEW ride!!

In February of this year, the lease on the Honda Pilot that Mitch was driving was up.  He really didn't want to think about buying a car...so he asked around to see if there were any deals to be had.  His friend Mac said I have this van just sitting at my office, you are welcome to drive it.  Here is what it was.  He drove it for 6 months, the kids LOVED the "Mac Wagon"!!  

The "Mac Wagon" was sold and Mitch was on the hunt again for another car.  He asked around again for a deal and this beauty was found!!!
