November 6th thru November 10th. We had a special visit from Annette & Kim. The are good friends from California. We met when our first born kids were about 4 months old and we started taking Gymboree classes. We formed a weekly playgroup and have been special friends ever since.
They came out for a Mom's weekend and to see what Iowa life was all about. We did some touristy things...freedom rock, the bridges of Madison County, John Waynes' birthhouse, Drive tour of down town, a girl's night out, a little bit of shopping, and just some hanging out. I enjoyed having them here and showing them around. Mitch is thankful they didn't bring their kids and he didn't have to watch our kids and theirs!
